The FAI Spring Days are scheduled for Saturday 15th and Sunday May 26th.
In the Basso Sebino area there will be a visit to the “Arboreto Fenaroli” of Villa Elena in Tavernola Bergamasca.
Naturalistic path in a corner of great botanical value. The Fenaroli Arboretum in the park of Villa Elena will reveal its charm to visitors guided by a naturalist, a biologist or a historian.
The park, of about 20,000 square meters, overlooks Lake Iseo and is rich in rare essences such as the giant sequoia, the camphor tree and the Sasa Japonica, in addition to the rich variety of ferns that cover the undergrowth.
The creator of the Arboretum was Giovanni Battista Fenaroli, a bank official by profession, but a great lover of the mountains, plants and rock gardens.
To participate in the visits, online booking is required.
